Lithuania's team is being preparing for the second meeting

Lithuania's team is  preparing for the second meeting

“I can feel life in a sunbeam, in the wind blowing, in a dew drop”

This kind of small project was involved into the lessons of all the subjects of our school. It was one of Comenius project activities.
During the lessons of science our students analyzed the sun and wind energy, the influence of water on people.
We could see that during the art subjects’ lessons the students tried to stop the time- they took pictures of various interesting “tricks” of nature.
The students created poems, illustrations and stories about the sun, wind and a dew drop when they had the lessons of languages.
These days we are preparing for the meeting, planning the activities, excursion, entertainments together with taking part in the activities of Comenius project.

The Correspondence between Romanian , Italian and Bulgarian students

The Correspondence  between  Romanian , Italian and  Bulgarian and Lithuanian students
Alexa-Romania        alexa_ anamaria22 alexa_anamaria22@yahoo.com
Hello!
My name is Ana and I am from Romania and, also I am involved in that project, Comenius:"Energy for tomorrow".
Well..I wish to say something about me, because I saw those word about every bulgarian student :)...I am 17 years old, I know two languages: english and french. I like white cars and romantic movies and more other things that make me happy:)..and,the most important..I love to meet now people( students)...even on Internet and to speak with them.
I'm waiting for your answers!
All the best!:)
Natalia-Bulgaria             nops94@abv.bg
Hi!I'm Natalia Valerieva Iliychovska from Bulgaria - a small country on the Balkan Peninsula. My birthplace is the city of Pleven. It's a nice historical and cultural town with many architectural buildings and monuments. You can see more about the city at  http://www.pleven.bg/en/  I'm 16 years old and I want to write to penfriends of my age :)
I study Spanish and English at a Foreign Language School.I haven't got any brothers or sisters. My mum is a confectioner and my dad works as a salesman in a shop. What about your family?
Now what about me... I love the sea and my dream is to practise surfing.Others sports that I like are swimming and tennis. One year ago I practised orienteering. It is a family of sports that requires navigational skills using a map and compass to navigate from point to point in diverse and usually unfamiliar terrain.
I like listening to music. My favourite band is Linkin Park, and in my opinion, they are one of the best bands ever. Shutting yourself away for a while and just letting the music drift in your mind is a wonderfully relaxing experience. It helps me to distress and unwind. Music gets you moving and it also puts you in a good mood :)
In my free time I like walking around the shopping centers and being outside with friends. Every Saturday I go to the cinema with them but sometimes we can't agree which movie to see :)
PS. How do your friends call you? My nick name is Nati.
That's for me, now it is your time to write to me.I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
 All the best!
Natalia

What we're preparing

What we're preparing

Bulgaria doesn't  teem with water sources, as the average annual flow per inhabitant in our country is 2100 m3. Therefore it is smaller and the technically exploitable hydropower potential of the country - about 1200 Kwh/inhabitant. The HPP uses the cheapest raw material. These plants are ecologically clean, but their construction is expensive. Our country has limited hydropower resources - only 26 billion kWh. In Bulgaria are operating 86 hydropower plants, which produce only 7% of the electricity in the country.

Great events are being prepared

The second meeting in Lithuania and Poland

Martenitsa (Bulgarian: мартеница, plural мартеници martenitsi) is a small piece of adornment, made of white and red yarn and worn from March 1 until around the end of March (or the first time an individual sees a stork, swallow or budding tree). The name of the holiday is Baba Marta. "Baba" (баба) is the Bulgarian word for "grandmother" and Mart (март) is the Bulgarian word for the month of March. Baba Marta is a Bulgarian tradition related to welcoming the upcoming spring. The month of March, according to Bulgarian folklore, marks the beginning of springtime. Therefore, the first day of March is a traditional holiday associated with sending off winter and welcoming spring.
The same tradition is also held by Macedonians in the Republic of Macedonia, as well as in Aegean Macedonia in northern Greece. Romanians also have a similar but not identical holiday on March 1, called "Mărţişor". If and how these two holidays are related is still a matter of debate between ethnologists.

Italy

Italy, officially the Italian Republic (Italian: Repubblica italiana), is a country located in south-central Europe. With 60.4 million inhabitants, it is the sixth most populous country in Europe, and the twenty-third most populous in the world.
Italy's capital, Rome, was for centuries the political centre of Western civilisation as the capital of the Roman Empire..
Welcome in Sardinia

Sardinia is the second-largest island in the
Mediterranean Sea (after Sicily and before Cyprus). It is an autonomous region of Italy.

nThe island has a typical Mediterranean climate. During the year there are approximately 300 days of sunshine, with a major concentration of rainfall in the winter and autumn, some heavy showers in the spring and snowfalls in the highlands. It can blow quite strongly, but it is usually dry and cool and makes for a sailor's paradise.
